Refund Policy at WriteContent Solutions

At WriteContent Solutions, we operate on a client-friendly, transparent deposit basis. We ensure that any balance in your account not committed to orders is always available for a refund. To initiate a refund, simply contact us at support(at)writecontent.net with your client’s email ID, the refund amount, and the credit card address used for the payment. We aim to process most refunds within one week.

Article Acceptance and Refund Eligibility WriteContent Solutions implements a 2-day auto-acceptance policy for articles. Once an article is submitted to you, you have three days (48 hours), including weekends, to review and take action on it. For instance, an article delivered on Thursday will be auto-accepted by Sunday. Please note, that there are no refunds for articles that are automatically accepted after 48 hours.

Article Refusal and Quality Assurance After requesting one revision, you may refuse an article. Our Quality Assurance team reviews all refusals. Refusals are considered valid if they align with the quality level ordered and the original instructions given to the author. If an article is validly refused, it will not be charged to your account, and you will not receive the copyright to the work. The refused order will return to our author pool by default. Decisions made by WriteContent Solutions regarding refusals are final.
